Registration fees are $20 for an adult and $10 for a student (school teams=nursery, elementary, secondary or post secondary institutions) which includes a T-shirt in both cases. Toddlers are free. Anyone who collects a donation of $100.00 or more does not pay a registration fee.

The Team Captain will bring all forms and money to the Grantham Lions Club on Thursday, May 26 for pre-registration between 1-9 p.m.and pick up "Team Run Kits"--a brown paper bag for Community Care food. Community Care "Run Kit" bags are to be returned run morning with non-perishable food items to the Community Care "bus".
Whether you use the registration form or the online system, if you have someone battling cancer or a survivor on your team please let us know by telephone or email and include the tea shirt size(s) as these participants receive a free orange shirt as well as the standard white participant shirt.
Very important! For online registrations, the email address you submit will be used as your unique User ID. As a result, duplicate email addresses will be rejected. Free email addresses can be obtained at Google GMail. When registering a family team with young children that do not have their own email addresses we suggest that the parent (team captain) simply adds "Rankin" plus an extra numeral before the "@" of their own email address (for example: parent's email@example.com, child's email=parentRankin1@email.com) and then select "No" for the "Enable Access" dialogue so the system does not attempt to use this artificial email address for any correspondence. The parent, through the team captain's portal, will still be able to monitor donations made in the name of the child. However, the child will not be able to log in independently. If you are not a team captain you can still use this concept but the "Enable Access" dialogue will not appear. The system will attempt to send the confirmation to the artificial email address but by adding "Rankinx" to the address it won't arrive in someone else's inbox by accident. Alternatively, we suggest using an email address of another family member, relative or friend. This will enable the system to email the registration confirmation and credentials which will allow the child to log in and make use of fundraising functions such as providing a direct link to potential donors. If none of the above is satisfactory please download the registration form and register offline.

The system will welcome you back and take you through the steps of reactivating your account for this year's run. Your registration data from last year will automatically be retrieved and you can either accept it as is or modify it with any necessary changes. If you were a team captain you will be given the opportunity of reactivating your team (or creating a new one, joining a different team or participating as an individual). Just make sure that you use the email address and password you used last year!
